On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Horse, DOHA was honored to visit and send New Year greetings to the families of Meritorious Artist Manh Dung and Meritorious Artist Thanh Dau — respected artists who continue to pass on their passion to the next generation.

On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Horse, DOHA was honored to visit and send New Year greetings to the families of Meritorious Artist Manh Dung and Meritorious Artist Thanh Dau — respected artists who continue to pass on their passion to the next generation.
DOHA presented the Blood-Sweating Horse, the mascot symbolizing the Year of the Horse. After receiving the gift, the artist respectfully replaced the Golden Bich Ty (the mascot for the Year of the Snake, which DOHA had previously presented) and placed the Blood-Sweating Horse on the family altar.
That moment deeply moved and touched DOHA, not only because of the respect shown to the mascot, but also because of the significance of continuing and preserving beautiful cultural values year after year. We felt we were on the right track in bringing Vietnamese culture to the world.
DOHA wishes all teachers good health, peace of mind, continued dedication to their profession, and much joy in the new year.
